Prices valid from October 2022 

Prices are based on a minimum of 40 people in a group. 

 

Groups with less are welcome but must pay for the minimum charge.

£ 1400.00  for 2 night weekend for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £ 25.00 pp

£ 1600.00 for 3 night weekend for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £30.00 pp

£ 1850.00 for 5 night (Mon-Fri) stay for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £50.00 pp

 

£ 2000.00 for 7 night stay for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £50.00 pp

 

 

 

Booking Your Stay...

First contact us check availability then send a £250 deposit along with a completed booking form. We will confirm your booking on receipt.The balance for your stay is payable 6 Weeks prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been agreed.

You can either print off our Booking Form, and send to us along with a deposit of £250 or send online and pay by bacs. Please contact us for banking detail. Payment by bacs is the prefered payment method. Sorry but we can't take card payments.

 

Please note: When you make an initial reservation by phone or e-mail we will keep the dates requested for 1 week. If after that there is no further communication the dates reserved will be released. If after you have made your booking you find you have to cancel you will loose your deposit unless either you change to another available date or your dates are re-booked. If you cancel within 6 weeks of arrival you will be liable to pay the minimum charge, again unless your dates are re-booked.

 

Please be aware that the Well Road Centre is in a residential area of Moffat. Therefore prolonged noisy outdoor activities in the grounds are prohibited. There is a public park just down the road which is suitable for football games etc. and there are woodland walks directly from the door.
