The Well Road Centre is a large victorian residence set in its own grounds within the lovely town of Moffat. It is situated in a quiet area yet is only a stroll from the shops and amenities of the town. This flexible facility caters for the needs a variety of groups, from youth organisations to student societies, from holidays for large family groups to weekend retreats. It also makes a great base for walking and cycling clubs to explore the quiet hills and rural roads in the area.

The Well Road Centre is a Large group accommodation venue situated in the Scottish lowland town of Moffat. Conveniently situated off the A74, Moffat is in the perfect spot for accessing the Scottish borders and the attractions within it.
Large mixed groups.
The Well Road Centre is a great venue ideally suited for large groups like schools, clubs, events and reunions etc.
With 3 floors it is easy to manage and separate the young from mature and girl from boy for mixed groups. Including separate bathrooms and showers.
Only your group will be in residence during your stay!
Two Meeting Rooms/Lounges : - With easy chairs and TV. Stacking chairs available for meetings. Pull down screen. Free WIFI and Rent-able Projector.
Kitchen : -Spacious and fully equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, 2 cookers. 1 of which is commercial size. Double bowl sink, dishwasher. Separate scullery with additional sinks, laundry facilities and chest freezer. Cooking utensils and cutlery and crockery for up to 70 settings.
Dining Room : - Bright and spacious, with serving-hatch from Kitchen. Folding tables for flexible dining layout.
Games Hall : - For indoor activities and meetings. (please bring your own equipment). Please no amplified pa systems, electric guitars and drums etc in the hall.
Table Tennis Room at the back of the games hall, plus separate Snooker Room.
Bathrooms, Showers and Toilets : - There are separate facilities on all three floors. 11 toilets, 13 wash basins and 8 showers and 2 baths in total.
Bedrooms : - 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 11 other bedrooms of various sizes, all furnished and with bed spreads, pillows and personal storage.
Bedding : Bring your own sleeping bag or linens for the duvets.
Catering for Special Events and Celebrations :
Catering for the group or 'one off' celebration meals can be arranged for you with a quality local caterer. Please indicate your requirements at the time of booking.

Prices are based on a minimum of 40 people in a group.
Groups with less are welcome but must pay for the minimum charge.
£ 1400.00 for 2 night weekend for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £ 25.00 pp
£ 1600.00 for 3 night weekend for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £30.00 pp
£ 1850.00 for 5 night (Mon-Fri) stay for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £50.00 pp
£ 2000.00 for 7 night stay for up to 40 guests. 41 or more is an extra £50.00 pp
